摘要
本文应用D-D中子发生器作中子源,用铅作伽马射线防护材料,设计出一种水泥生料中子分析装置。利用该装置进行了水泥生料的检测,计算出的CaO、SiO2、Fe2O3和Al2O3质量百分含量精度分别达到0.40%、0.40%、0.50%和0.50%,满足水泥生料检测的要求。
This paper designs a kind of device which analyzes the neutron of cement raw material by using D-D neutron generator as neutron source and using lead as protective material of gamma-ray.Using this device to measure the cement raw material,the paper calculates out that the quality＇s percentage precisions of CaO,SiO2,Fe2O3 and Al2O3 come to 0.40%,0.40%,0.50% and 0.50% respectively,which meet the demand of cement raw material＇s test.
