摘要
黄河故道横穿苏鲁豫皖四省,流域内人文和自然旅游资源丰富。但由于经济发展相对落后,行政区划不统一,开发难度大,这一区域一直未能得到合理有效的开发,未取得相应的经济和社会价值。
The ancient Yellow River traverses four provinces,namely Jiangsu,Anhui,Henan and Shandong.There are rich humane and natural tourism resources in Yellow River basin.However,relatively backward economic development,non-unified administrative division and high development difficulty makes this area have not been rationally exploited in long-term and have not obtained corresponding economic and social value.
