Analysis of Bursting Reasons of JDZXW2-25A2 High Voltage Transformer for HX_D1B Locomotive

HXD1B型电力机车在京九北线运行中,发生高压电压互感器炸裂,主要受外因(网压偏高、机车乘务员操纵不当)和内因(高压电压互感器内部绕组绝缘存在某种缺陷)的影响。结合机车CCU(中央控制单元)文件,通过对已发生的5起高压电压互感器炸裂事故的分析,确定在机车乘务员正常操纵机车情况下,影响机车质量的主要内、外因素,并提出针对性整改措施。

This paper analyzes the bursting reasons of JDZXW2-25A2 high voltage transformer for HXD1B locomotive on JINGJIUBEI line.Influence of external cause are higher voltage and locomotive driver＇s misoperation.Influence of internal cause are high voltage transformer internal winding insulation defects.Combined with locomotive CCU file,the paper analyzes high voltage transformer＇s burst faults,and determines internal and external factors which influence locomotive quality.The pertinence measures are also proposed
