摘要 为解决上一代铁路自闭贯通线保护灵活性差、没有故障测距、通讯能力不强、故障录波不分区等不足,研制了基于平台化、一体化、图形化等设计思想的自闭(贯通)线路保护测控装置。增加了故障测距功能,强化了通讯功能、故障录波功能。介绍了装置的主要特点、硬件资源、主要功能及原理。为充分验证装置的故障测距算法、保护算法,用RTDS实时仿真系统搭建了10 kV铁路自闭贯通线路系统模型。仿真结果表明,在各种情况下,装置的动作行为均正确,测距误差小于5%。 Based on the platform,integration,graphic design,a protection and control device for auto-block/run-through lines in railway substation is developed to cover the shortage of previous generation protection device,which is less flexibiliy,no fault location function,and poor communication.The fault location function is added to the device,the communication and fault recorder function is enhanced.The main features,the hardware resource and the major function is introduced.In order to fully verify the fault location algorithm and protection algorithm,a system model of auto-block/run-through lines is built with RTDS real-time simulation system.The simulation results show that,the acts of the device in all cases are correct,and range error is less than 5%.
