浅析无胶单面挠性覆铜板的卷曲性

Analysis about curling of 2-layer single-side FCCL

本文对影响无胶单面挠性覆铜板卷曲性的因素进行了研究,结果发现,铜箔厚度、聚酰亚胺膜的CTE、溶剂种类以及加工工艺条件对卷曲性有很大影响。通过调整四个因素,可以制备板材本身和蚀刻后聚酰亚胺膜都不卷曲的产品。

The factor which affect the curling of 2-layer single-side FCCL is studied in this paper. We found that the thickness of copper foil, the CTE of PI, the species of solvent and the processing condition have great impact on the curling of 2-layer single-side FCCL. We can prepare product no-curling both with copper foil and after etching copper foil by adjusting the four factors.
