The Characteristics and Transformation Countermeasures of "Village Inside City" Community

"城中村"社区具有从农村社区向城市社区过渡性的显著特点。在这里不仅存在城乡二元结构的遗留,而且存在居民素质较低、社区和企业管理人员素质不适应新制度的管理与运作方式等等问题。要解决这些问题,促进"城中村"社区向真正城市社区的全面转型,必须加强政府的支持力度,正确处理"村改居"社区居委会向真正城市社区的过渡与衔接关系,健全相关法律法规,居民和居委会及企业管理人员也要尽快实现角色转换。

＂Village within city＂ community has a significant feature which transit from the rural community to urban community.There is not only the urban-rural dual structure,but also exist some problems,such as residents have low quality,community and enterprise manage-ment personnel quality does not adapt the new system of management and operation mode.To solve these problems,promoting ＂village within city＂ community to true urban community of thorough transformation,we must strengthen the government＇s support,correctly solve the rela-tionship of transition and collaborative of village changed living community to true urban community,complete related laws and rules,and res-idents,residents committees and enterprise management accomplish the transition as soon as possible.
