摘要
植物细胞质遗传是指核外遗传,包括质体和线粒体遗传.随着生物科学技术的快速发展,细胞质遗传的检测方法由早期的遗传杂交试验到现代的电镜技术、DAPI荧光技术到RFLP等分子标记技术的综合应用,使细胞质遗传机理的研究得以深入.探讨以上检测方法的优点和局限性.
Plant cytoplasmic inheritance is a form of extranuclear inheritance,which includs plastids and mitchondria inheritance. With the rapid devolepment of biology science technology,the methods of cytoplasmic inheritance detection is comprehensice utilization from early genetic cross experiment,elecron microscopy,DAPI flurescence microscope to RFLP melocular markers. These detection methods has led to deeply study for plant cytoplasmic inheritance mechanism. Its advantages and limitation were reviewed in this paper.
