开放式后入路无张力疝修补术治疗中老年腹股沟疝68例临床分析

Clinical application of tension-free hernioplasty for middle aged and old sufferer inguinal hernia through open posterior approach:A report of 68 cases

目的探讨开放式后入路无张力疝修补术在中老年腹股沟疝患者治疗中的作用及临床应用价值。方法对我院2008年5月至2010年12月68例(其中双侧疝26例,复发疝8例)行开放式后入路无张力疝修补术病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术全部成功完成,手术时间35～89分钟(平均50分钟) ,住院时间4～7天;术后无切口感染;出现阴囊积液2例,予穿刺抽液后痊愈;术后疼痛轻,无明显腹股沟不适感;随访3个月至3年,无术后复发。结论采用开放式后入路无张力疝修补术治疗中老年腹股沟疝具有损伤小、费用低、并发症少、操作简便、安全和复发率低等优点,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of tension-free hernioplasty for middle aged to elderly inguinal hernia through open posterior approach. Methods Clinical data of 68 middle aged to elderly cases with inguinal hernia treated by tension-free hernioplasty through open posterior approach from May 2008 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were successfully cured. Operation time were 35 to 89 minutes （averages 50mins）, and hospital stay were 4-7 days. Neither serious operative complications nor recurrence were seen at the follow-up 3 months to 3 years. Conclusion The application of tension-free hernioplasty for middle aged to elderly inguinal hernia through open posterior approach is worth to be popularized for it is less trauma, low cost, safe, easy to operate, low recurrence rate and less postoperative complications.
