震损底框房屋层间隔震加固设计及性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 5.12汶川地震及随后的多次余震导致绵竹市底框房屋遭受不同程度的破坏,本文针对绵竹市典型震损底框房屋提出钢结构+层间隔震快速加固方案,给出关键构造、加固设计方法。采用该方法快速方便地确定了某震损底框房屋层间隔震加固的有关参数,非线性时程分析结果表明,钢结构+层间隔震加固方案有明显的减震效果,能够达到预期的减震目标,同时也验证了上述层间隔震加固设计方法的适用性。 Many multi-story masonry buildings with bottom-frame in Mianzhu city were damaged in 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake and subsequent aftershocks.The reinforcing method of adding steel structure and interlayer seismic isolation for multi-story masonry buildings with bottom-frame in Mianzhu city,the key structure and the design of reinforcing method is suggested in this paper.The parameters needed in the interlayer seismic isolation reinforcement for the earthquake damaged bottom-framed building can be quickly determined by this method.Non-linear time-history analysis results show that the method of adding steel braces and interlayer seismic isolation can significantly reduce the effect of earthquake and achieve the desired objectives.And it also verifies the applicability of the interlayer seismic isolation reinforcement.
