摘要
随着高层超高层建筑的日益增多,现有的抗震鉴定标准只适用于10层及10层以下的建筑,已经不能满足实际工程的需要。本文对一需进行局部改造的已建高层框架-核心筒建筑进行两步综合抗震鉴定评估。第一步以结构抗震概念设计思想为基础对结构进行鉴定,包括结构体系的鉴定、房屋现场调查和检测、框架-核心筒结构房屋的抗震构造措施检查等,检测结果合格;第二步建立模型进行结构抗震验算,对计算结果进行抗震鉴定,本工程结构平动建立模型、扭转周期比、剪重比和剪力墙及柱轴压比、桩基承载力、框架梁柱及剪力墙等结构构件的承载力均满足抗震鉴定要求,结构最大层间位移角超出抗震鉴定限值,需对房屋进行抗震加固。本文以实际工程为背景,采用两步综合抗震鉴定方法实施了一次完整的抗震鉴定,可供其他同类工程参考借鉴。
With the increasing number of tall and super high-rise buildings,the existing standards for seismic appraiser applies mainly to 10-storeyed and less than 10-storeyed buildings,which can't meet the practical needs of construction.In this paper,a two-step comprehensive anti-seismic appraiser about a high frame-corewall structure is carried out,which is in need of partial transformation.The first step,based on the concept of structural quake-proof design,the structure of the building is appraised,including systematic structure appraisement,on-the-spot structure investigation and detection,inspection over the anti-seismic measures of frame-corewall structure,and the final result is up to standard;The second step,the structure anti-seismic calculation is conducted by building modeling,and the seismic performance of the calculated result is appraised.This building meets the anti-seismic requirements in structure translational motion modeling,torsion period ratio,shear weight ratio and shear wall and pillar axis pressure ratio,pile foundation bearing capacity,frame beam column and bearing capacity of structural units of shear wall.The structural maximum angle of relative storey displacement exceeds the limitvalue of anti-seismic appraisement,thus it is necessary to make seismic strengthening.Based on the actual construction of buildings,a complete anti-seismic evaluation is successed by two-step comprehensive anti-seismic appraisement,which can be referred to by similar construction work.
