综合健康教育对西安市城市流动女性艾滋病知识、态度及行为的影响

Influence of comprehensive health education on AIDS knowledge,attitude and behaviors of floating women in urban areas of Xi'an city

[目的]探讨综合健康教育对西安市城市流动女性艾滋病(AIDS)知识、态度及行为的干预效果。[方法]选取西安市8个社区内符合纳入标准的城市流动女性584人并随机分为干预组和对照组。对干预组进行为期4个月的综合性健康教育,对照组采用空白对照。干预前后应用艾滋病知识、态度及行为调查问卷进行评估。[结果]实施综合健康教育后,两组艾滋病相关知识回答正确率、艾滋病相关态度评分、正确使用安全套率比较差异有统计学意义。[结论]西安市城市流动女性艾滋病知识总体认知水平中等,对艾滋病态度的正向倾向性较差,并存在高危行为。综合健康教育对提高城市流动女性艾滋病知识、转变其态度及部分行为具有较好的干预效果。

Objective：To prove into the intervention effect of comprehensive health education on AIDS knowledge,attitude and behaviors of floating women in urban areas of Xi＇an city.Method：A total of 584 women from 8 communities in Xi＇an city fiting to the enrollment standard were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Women of intervention group had been carried out comprehensive health education for 4 months.Womem of control group were just as blank.Then the intervention effect for all women was evaluated by adopting HIV/AIDS knowledge,attitude and behaviors questionnaire.Results：In tersns of correction rate of answering the AIDS related knowlege,attitude score,and correction rale of using condom,there were statistical significant differences between before and after carried out the comprehensive health education.Conclusions：The general cognition level of floating women toward AIDS knowledge in urban areas of Xi＇an city was moderate.The positive tendency of their related attitude toward AIDS was poor.They had some high risk behaviors.Comprehensive health education has better intervention effect on enhancing AIDS related knowledge,changing attitude and some behaviors for floating women in urban areas of Shaanxi province.
