摘要 扩张型心肌病（DCM）系一综合征,以一侧或双侧心室扩大及收缩功能受损为特征,伴心力衰竭时心脏的收缩与舒张丧失了协调性。研究认为,采用心脏再同步化治疗（cardiac resyn-chronization therapy,CRT）DCM伴心力衰竭病人效果良好。
