试析我国文献信息资源管理的发展及其演变

On Development and Evolution of Literature Information Resources Management in China

我国文献信息资源管理经历了三个阶段:古代文献信息资源管理时期、近代文献信息资源管理时期和现代文献信息资源管理时期。古代藏书楼"重藏轻用",有特定官员管理,为少数特权阶层服务;近代"图书馆"出现,实行"藏用并举",设专职图书管理员;现代文献信息管理全面开放,建立起一种管理体系和管理文化。研究我国文献信息资源管理的发展及演变,对于了解我国文献信息资源管理的历史及未来发展方向具有重要意义。

Literature information resources management in China goes through three stages： ancient literature information resources management,modern literature information resources management,and contemporary literature information resources management.The ancient book storing attached greater importance to storing than using,with officer to manage,serving few privileges.In modern times there appeared ＂library＂,practicing the ＂combination of storing and using＂,with professional librarians.Contemporary literature information resources management,completely open,established a management system and culture.Study of development and evolution of literature information resources management in China is of great significance to the understanding of the history of literature information resources management in China and future trend.
