药物干预对低能量激光眼损伤后视功能的影响

Effect of MK-801 on visual function after low-energy laser-induced eye injury in rats

摘要 目的应用视功能测定的方法观察MK-801对激光视网膜损伤的治疗作用。方法用氦氖激光造成大鼠视网膜损伤模型,治疗组照后即刻肌注MK-801(2mg/kg),通过检测视网膜电流图(electroretinogram,ERG)b波幅值的变化,观察MK-801的治疗作用。结果统计分析结果表明,MK-801治疗组的b波幅值要显著高于损伤对照组和生理盐水注射组(P<0.05)。结论 MK-801能有效地保护激光照后大鼠视网膜的功能。 Objective To study therapeutic effect of MK-801 on laser-induced retina injury by examining visual function.Methods Eyes in Wistar rats model were exposed to helium-neon laser and then treated with intramuscular injection of MK-801(2 mg/kg) or normal saline(controls).Electroretinogram(ERG) was taken for the rat eyes to observe their changes in amplitude of b-wave and therapeutic effects of MK-801.Results Compared to that in control group,amplitudes of b-wave of ERG in MK-801-treated group were significantly higher than those in control group with normal saline(P0.05).Conclusion MK-801 has therapeutic effect on laser-induced retina injury in rats.
