北京市石景山区部分中学生伤害及相关行为调查 被引量:5

A survey on injury and its related behaviors among middle school students in Shijingshan district,Beijing

摘要 目的了解北京市石景山区中学生伤害相关危险行为的流行现状、伤害相关行为特点,为预防控制伤害的发生提供依据。方法按典型整群随机抽样原则对在北京市石景山区3所初中、3所高中共1232名学生进行问卷调查,分析不同性别、初高中学生各类伤害,伤害相关行为报告率及其差异,计数资料采用卡方检验。结果石景山区中学生报告骑车违规人数254,为20.6%,步行违规人数110,为8.9%;1年内,尝试过有意伤害自己的学生人数182,为14.8%;有过自杀相关行为(有自杀意念、自杀计划、自杀行为等)的学生人数206,为16.7%;1年内,在可能导致严重伤害的故意或非故意伤害行为方面人数高达675,为54.8%;受到过严重伤害的学生人数198,比例为16.1%。结论各类伤害在中学生中普遍存在,各级管理部门应该高度重视并切实采取有效措施,预防和降低各种伤害的发生。 Objective To investigate prevalence and characteristics of injury and its related behavior among middle school students in Shijingshan district,Beijing to provide scientific basis for local health and education sectors in setting policies and measures of its prevention and control.Methods A survey using typical cluster sampling was conducted among 1 232 students attending three junior and three senior middle schools in Shijinghsan district with questionnaire and all the students were asked to report their injuries occurring in the past 12 months before the survey.Injury occurrence was analyzed by grade and gender using chi-square test.Results Among all the students surveyed,254 students(20.6%) ever violated traffic rules in cycling and 110(8.9%) violated street walking rules.In the previous 12 months,182 students(14.8%) attempted intentional self-injuries,206(16.7%) had suicidal related behavior(including suicidal ideas,plans and actions);675 students(54.8%) had intentional and unintentional injury behavior that could cause serious outcomes,and 198(16.1%) suffered serious injuries.Conclusion Various kinds of injuries are prevalent in middle schools of Shijinghsan district,Beijing.Relevant authorities at various levels should pay close attention to it and take effective measures to prevent or reduce its occurrence.
