玻璃纤维字型三维立体织物的设计和织造

摘要 以玻璃纤维作为原料,采用"压扁-拉伸法"辅以合理的组织设计和引纬路径优化,在自动剑杆织机上织造出三种字型三维立体织物,并对三种织物的力学性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:字型三维立体织物的拉伸强度和弯曲强度高于普通机织物,拉伸强度受纤维体积含量的影响较大,弯曲强度则受两层中间织物的影响较大。 This paper introduces an experiment which makes use of glass fiber as raw materials and takes the "flattening-stretching" method as an empirical approach supported by rational organizational design and weft path optimization,it produces three kinds of the three-dimensional fabrics as the Chinese character style.The physical properties of the three fabrics are tested and analyzed,the results show that the tensile strength and bending strength of the three-dimensional fabrics are stronger than conventional woven fabrics,the tensile strength is influenced by fiber volume content and the bending strength is influenced by the middle fabric layer.
