摘要
在科学发展观统领下,建构科技人员服务企业长效机制的基本途径是:进一步提高思想认识,建立健全科技人员服务企业的服务协调机制;促进产学研有机结合,不断完善科技人员服务企业的生态运行机制;切实践行把握规律性,及时建构科技人员服务企业的社会心理机制;力求做到体现时代性,持续强化科技人员服务企业的激励约束机制;有效实现富于创造性,科学探索科技人员服务企业的支持保证机制。
Under the command of the scientific development concept, basic approaches to build long-term mechanism for promoting scientist and technician to develop enterprise were shown below: a coordination mechanism for scien- tist and technician serving company; an ecological operating mechanism; social psychological mechanisms; incentive and restraint mechanisms; support and assurance mechanisms.
