支架设备串联隔震振动台试验研究

摘要 针对支架-设备串联隔震体系,设计了适用于支架-设备串联体系的隔震装置,该装置在水平向的刚度较小,而竖向的刚度较大,能够抵抗上部电气设备在隔震层产生的倾覆力矩。然后制作支架-设备串联隔震体系试验模型,进行扫频振动台试验。试验结果表明,该支架-设备串联体系隔震装置能延长串联体系的自振周期,有效地减小上部结构的响应,显示出良好的隔震性能,同时该装置无摇摆现象,能够抵御上部电气设备在隔震层产生的倾覆力矩,具有良好的稳定性。 New-style isolation device for the supporter-equipment serially system is presented by the dynamic analysis to supporter and supporter-equipment serially isolated system. This device has small horizontal stiffness and large vertical stiffness and can resist biggish overtuming moment. Then the experiment for small-scale model of this device based on sweep sine shaking table is processed. The results show serially isolated system whit this device can prolong natural period of serial system and effectively decrease the response of superstructure and have good isolated performance, at the same time, this device can resist the over-turning moment produced by elevated electric equipment at isolation layer, which shows the outstanding stabihty of this device.
