霍布斯的《利维坦》是政治学一部经典的著作,其中关于国家理论的构建及论述,是霍布斯思想的重要组成部分。其理论的构建是在几种假设的基础上实现的,而就这一理论本身来讲,其有着合理及不足之处,应该扬长避短,取其精华去其糟粕,批判地吸收国家理论。同时,这一理论带给现今的影响是十分深远的,为法治国家的建设与和谐社会的构建提供借鉴意义。

Hobbes＇ s ＂The Leviathan＂ is a classical book on politics. The state theory makes the most important part of Hobbes＇ theory. The theory is based on several hypotheses. However,there are shortcomings in the theory so we are supposed to learn the right and get rid of the wrong. The theory has important influence on current situation as a reference for. lawful state and harmonious society.
