浅析我国民办高等教育发展中的法律障碍及完善对策

民办高等教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,在推进我国高等教育大众化的进程中具有不可忽视的作用。然而由于我国相关法律法规不尽完善,民办高等教育在其发展过程中遭遇到了一些法律障碍。这些法律障碍在关于民办高等教育的立法观念、政策可行性、性质定位以及税收政策和产权归属等问题中表现突出。目前,只有尽快采取相应措施,合理地解决这些法律障碍,优化其发展的法律环境,才能促进我国民办高等教育快速、健康、稳定地发展。

Private higher education, as one of the most important parts of Chinese education ,plays an important role in the process of developing mass higher education. However, they encounter a lot of obstacles resulting from inadequate laws and regulations in the process of development. The obstacles are salient in the case of the conception of legislation, feasibility of policies,property orientation,taxation,and property ownership. The only way to ensure the private higher education to develop rapidly, healthily, and stably is to take on the efficient measurement as soon as possible to solve the problems in an optimized legal environment.
