摘要
文章以中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所为例,分析总结了我国木薯科技成果及转化的现状,指出了木薯科技成果转化存在的主要问题,并提出了加快集成重大科技成果、完善示范基地网络、在境外建立试验推广基地、加快信息化进程、创新考核机制、健全激励机制等对策。
Taking Tropical Crops Genetic Resources Institute as an example,the present situation of transformation of scientific and technological achievements of cassava in China was summarized in the paper.Main existing problems were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward,which mainly contains speeding up integration of significant scientific and technological achievements,improving the internal demonstration base network,establishing international experiment and demonstration station,speeding up the information process,innovating mechanism of examination,perfecting incentive mechanism,etc.
