摘要 从织物的洗涤原理出发,要获得高效水洗,应采用增大扩散系数、提高洗液浓度梯度和缩短扩散路程等途径;通过分析典型水洗装备的水、蒸汽和电的消耗,提出在水洗装备中采取轧车加压、轧车喷淋水、末格平洗槽注冷水、超声波水洗、烘筒直排冷凝水至末格平洗槽、热洗液排放的热回收等措施,可有效提高织物水洗效率。 High efficient washing can be realized by increasing the diffusion coefficient, enhancing the concentration gradient of rinsing liquid and shortening the diffusion distance. Consumptions of water, steam and electricity in typical washing equipments are analyzed. Measures to enhance washing efficiency are given, including padder pressing, padder with spraying water, adding cold water to final open-width trough, rinsing assisted with ultrasonic, adding condensed water from dryer to the last open-width trough, and recovering heat from hot waste water.
