摘要
在动态复杂环境下,企业CTI战略的开展有利于提高自身的技术持续竞争优势。文章首先提出企业CTI战略的定义和管理架构,随后分别对CTI战略的规划制定、实施和控制三个环节进行了详细的探讨。文章涉及到CTI战略规划分析及模式、CTI战略模式选择、CTI战略工具以及CTI战略评估。
In the dynamic and complex environment, developing the CTI (competitive technical intelligence) strategy of a enterprise can contr)butes to enhancing its sustained competitive advantage of technology. This paper introduces the definition Of the CTI strategy of enterprise and its management framework. The authors analyze the CTI strategy from three important facets, which are strategic planning, strategy implementation and strategic control. The analysis and models of CTI strategic planning, the choice of CTI strategic models, the CTI strategic tools, and the evaluation of CTI strategies are concerned in the paper.
