市场不连续条件下的企业创新策略 被引量:2

摘要 根据市场不连续发生的过程,本文将不连续创新中的市场不连续概括为三类:下降型市场不连续、上升型市场不连续和全新市场不连续。针对三种市场不连续情形,本文提出企业可以采取不同的策略:下降型市场不连续创新时可运用"加速策略",上升型市场不连续创新可运用"选择性牺牲策略",全新市场不连续创新可运用"多企业联合竞争策略"、"融合策略"和"瞄准策略"。
