活性碳纤维负载含钛高炉渣的制备与表征 被引量:1

摘要 针对含钛高炉渣在光催化氧化领域方面的应用及其难以回收再利用的缺点,本实验选取活性碳纤维(ACF)作为载体,将含钛高炉渣负载到活性碳纤维表面,并对负载后的ACF进行表征分析,研究含钛高炉渣质量与负载量、浸渍时间与负载量、负载次数与负载量之间的关系。结果表明:在温度为17℃左右、湿度为40%左右的条件下,随着含钛高炉渣质量的增加,ACF上吸附的高炉渣量先增后减,当含钛高炉渣质量为0.35 g时,达到最大负载量4.1%;浸渍时间对含钛高炉渣的负载量影响不大,不是影响复合材料中含钛高炉渣负载量的主要因素;通过对不同负载次数的活性碳纤维进行二次电子像(SEM)和面元素分析像的比较,最终得出ACF负载含钛高炉渣的最佳负载次数为四次。 In order to recycle furnace slag easily,powder dispersing-liquid direct dip-coating was adopted,which dispersed furnace slag to the surface of ACF.The sample was characterized by some modern technologies.The relationship between dosages of furnace slag and loading capacity,dip-coating time and loading capacity,loading times and capacity were studied in this experiment.The results indicate that the best capacity can be achieved when humidity is 40% and temperature is about 17 ℃.When initial dosage of furnace slag rises gradually,the mass of furnace slag on ACF firstly declines,then rises.The maximal loading capacity can reach 4.1% when the dosage of furnace slag is 0.35 g;Effect of dip-coating time on titania-bearing slag loading capacity is little;The best loading times achieved by SEM and elemental analysis is 4.
