摘要
采用汉堡车辙试验系统进行车辙试验,分析荷载作用次数、试件厚度、温度、混合料力学性能对沥青混合料车辙进程的影响,建立了以上影响因子与车辙深度的关系,并建立了沥青混合料车辙预估模型;通过AC-13、AC-16和AC-20这3种混合料、40℃、50℃、60℃3种温度下的大量室内车辙试验数据确定了模型参数。结果表明,车辙深度与荷载作用次数呈乘幂关系增加,与温度呈指数关系增长,与混合料重复加载试验力学性能参数εp/Fn呈乘幂关系,而与试件厚度关系不显著,根据建立的车辙预估模型得到的车辙预估值与实测值误差基本不超过±10%,进而通过9条路段的车辙实际调研数据对模型参数进行了修正,得到了实际路面车辙预估模型,可以为路面混合料设计提供参考。
Hamburg wheel tracking test was conducted to analyze the influence of load cycles,specimen thickness,test temperature and mechanical properties of asphalt mixture on the rut process of mixture.According to the relationships between these factors and rut depths,a rut prediction model was established.Three kinds of mixtures(AC-13,AC-16 and AC-20) were prepared and rut tests were carried out under the three temperatures of 40 ℃,50 ℃ and 60 ℃.And the model parameters were determined by fitting the rut and mechanical performance test data.The results indicate that rut depth increases with load cycles by a power relationship,grows exponentially with temperature and shows power relationship with mechanical parameter of mixture for repeated loading test.But it has no significant relationship with specimen thickness.The error of prediction and measured rut depths is almost within ±10% by the established prediction model.The model parameters were amended according to the rut depth data from nine field pavement sections,and rut prediction model was gained,which can afford some references to mixture design.
