硝酸甘油联合参脉注射液治疗肺心病心衰

Applying Glyceryltrinitrate Combined With Shenmai Injection to Treat Pulmonary Heart Failure

目的探讨硝酸甘油联合参脉注射液治疗肺心病心力衰竭的临床应用价值。方法将入选患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组46例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用在常规治疗加用硝酸甘油和参脉注射液,观察两组的咳嗽、气喘、发绀、肺部啰音、双下肢水肿等症状及体征改善情况及平均住院天数、治愈率和和血气分析情况。结果治疗组临床症状及体征及血气分析改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均住院天数治疗组比验照组减少;治疗组显效率71.74%,对照组显效率43.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝酸甘油联合参脉注射液治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭疗效较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the chinical efficacy of using glyceryltrinitrate combined with shenmai injection to treat pulmonary heart failure.Methods The enrolled patients were divided into two groups,46 cases for each group.Cases in treatment group were treated with the conventional therapy plus glyceryltrin itrate and shenmai injection,while the convertional therapy was applied to cases in control group.Patients＇ symptoms such as cough,asthma,cyanosis,pulmonary rales,edema of lower limbs,average time of hospital stay,cure rate,and blood gas analysis situation in the two groups were observed.Results The improvement of chlinical symptoms,signs and blood gas analysis in treatment group was better than control,with the difference statistically significant（P0.05）,and average time of hospital stay in treatment group was shorter.Efficiency of the treatment group was 71.74%,of the control group was 43.48%,with the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Comclusion Glyoery lrinitrate combined with shenmai injection have a great curative effect on pulmonary heart failure,it is worthy of popularization.
