摘要
给出了以单片机AT89C52和CS5460A为核心构成多用户多功能预付费电能表的总体方案。设计了CS5460A和多路模拟开关4051构成的24户电压、电流采样电路,74LS145和PNP三极管构成的多用户双向磁保持继电器控制与驱动通断电路。采用基准方法推导出了功率、电能、电压、电流和功率因数的计算公式。论述了多户电压、电流信号分时采样实现方法和功率、电能、电压和电流等数据处理程序设计思想,并给出了程序流程框图。多功能预付费电能表的精度达到1级计量电能表标准。
A solution of multi-user and multi-functional prepayment energy meter is introduced,which takes AT89C52 and CS5460A as its core. The 24-user voltage/current sampling circuit is designed with CS5460A and multi-channel analog switch 4051 and the control and drive circuit of multi-user bidirectional magnetic latching relay is designed with 74LS145 and PNP transistors. The reference approach is adopted to deduce the calculation formulas of power, energy, voltage, current and power factor. The design concepts of time -share sampling and data processing are discussed with flowcharts. Its accuracy meets the standard of energy meter grade one.
