Considering the relevant laws and the implementation of the Yellow River water regulation,necessity and feasibility of carrying out water allocation for the Dilution of the pollution in the Lower Yellow River are investigated.The paper expounds the concept,suitable scope,space-time range and conditions of water allocation for the Dilution of the pollution,and analyzes the monitoring ability and problem exists.Finally,reinforcing the construction of ability construction,operation mechanism,consultation system and information sharing system of water allocation for the Dilution of the pollution in the Lower Yellow River are recommended.
