摘要
将一种新型液压控制自升滑模应用于混凝土闸墩施工,这种滑模主要由模板系统、支撑桁架系统、液压提升系统、施工精度控制系统及水电配套系统组成。采用多项式最小二乘拟合法建立了滑模制作成本与千斤顶数量、横梁桁架间距的关系模型,运用模拟退火算法优化滑模结构设计参数,经优化后的滑模在满足施工要求的前提下,制作成本低、施工效率高、经济效益显著。
A kind of new hydraulic control self-climbing sliding formwork was used in the construction of sluice pier,this kind of sliding formwork was mainly made up of the formwork system,the bracket system,the hydraulic climbing system,the construction accuracy control system and hydroelectric accessories system.The mathematical model of manufacture costs of sliding formwork and jack number and spacing between the brackets was established with polynomial least square method,then the design parameters of sliding formwork using simulated annealing algorithm was optimized,the practical result shows that manufacture cost was low,the work efficiency was high,economic benefit was prominent on the assumption that satisfy the requirements of construction after the sliding formwork optimized.
