基于农民工职业技能培训的问题、成因与对策探讨

近年来,农民工在经济社会中扮演着十分重要的角色。在许多行业中大量使用,但缺少必要的或有效的教育培训,导致质量、安全生产等问题时有发生。农民工职业技能培训存在的问题,既有企业方面的原因,也有政府方面的原因。为此,笔者根据参与农民工培训实践,针对农民工职业技能培训的问题和产生成因进行了探讨分析,并提出的对策。加强对农民工职业技能培训,需要企业和政府共同做出努力。

In recent years,the peasant laborer was acting the extremely important role in the economic society.In many professions massive uses,but lacks essential or effective education training,causes questions and so on quality,safety in production to sometimes occur.Peasant laborer professional skill training existence question,also has the enterprise aspect reason,also has the government aspect reason.Therefore,the author acts according to participates in the peasant laborer training the practice,and had the origin in view of the peasant laborer professional skill training question to carry on the discussion analysis,and proposed countermeasure.Strengthens to peasant laborer professional skill training,needs the enterprise and the government makes together diligently.
