摘要 阐述了采用先进的自动控制技术、计算机技术与现代通讯技术建立的一套可靠稳定的浮法玻璃锡槽槽底风机自动化控制系统;详细介绍了风机节能的PLC及变频控制方案及具体措施。该系统同时达到节能降耗的目的,使得风机运行更加安全、稳定、高效、经济。 A reliable and stable automatic control system of draught fan under tin bath of float glass process was described. The system was established by the advanced automatic control, computer and modern communication techniques . The PLC, frequency-variable control scheme and practical measures for energy-saving of blower were also described in details. This system achieved energy-saving and cost-reducing effect and makes the blower be safe, stable, high efficiency and economy.
