论述了浮法玻璃工业窑炉废气采取脱硫除尘等末端治理的新型喷雾干燥工艺的流程、特点和影响因素。针对脱硫产物的成分物性和着色金属离子的含量,提出了循环利用的措施,以达到节能降污减排增效的目的。

This paper discusses the process , characteristics and influence factors of new type spray drying process for desulphurization and dust-remove from the float glass industry furnace exhaust gas as the terminal treatment. The cyclic utilization measures was put forward in connection with the desulphurization product composition properties and coloring metal ion content so as to realize the energy saving and pollution emission reduction for efficiency.
