莲蛇虫芝抑癌汤对非小细胞肺癌患者生存质量的临床研究

Clinical Research on Life Quality of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients Treated with Lianshechongzhi Yiai Decoction

目的:观察莲蛇虫芝抑癌汤联合NP方案对非小细胞肺癌的生命质量的影响。方法:将65例患者随机分为两组,治疗组33例,对照组32例,两组均采用长春瑞宾加顺铂化疗,其中治疗组同时口服莲蛇虫芝抑癌汤。结果:在近期疗效方面,治疗组有效率为66.67%;同时治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在生活质量方面,治疗组治疗后KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:莲蛇虫芝抑癌汤联合NP方案使患者的生存质量得到改善,同时减少NSCLC化疗的毒性作用,具有广泛的临床应用前景。

Objective：To observe the impact on life quality of non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with Lianshechongzhi Yiai Decoction combined with NP program.Methods： 65 patients were randomly divided into two groups,33 patients in the observation group and 32 patients in the control group.Both groups received vinorelbine and cisplatin chemotherapy,while the treatment group additionally received oral administration of Lianshechongzhi Yiai Decoction.Results： In the aspect of short-term efficacy,the effective rate of the observation group was 66.67%;while the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;in the aspect of quality of life,KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05） after treatment.Conclusion： Lianshechongzhi Yiai Decoction combined with NP program could improve the life quality of patients and reduce the toxic effects of NSCLC chemotherapy at the same time,which shows wide perspective of clinical application.
