摘要
目的:通过对牡丹皮生品和炭品饮片吸附力的测定,探讨丹皮炭的止血机理。方法:利用饮片对色素亚甲基蓝的吸附情况,以分光光度法测定牡丹皮生品和炭品饮片吸附力的大小。结果:线性范围为0.020 97-0.104 85 mg(r=0.999 2),加样回收率为100.24%,RSD为2.85%(n=6),饮片吸附力的大小,丹皮炭大于牡丹皮生品。结论:牡丹皮炒炭后炭素含量的增加可能是丹皮炭具有止血作用的原因之一。
bjective : To explore the mechanism of charred cortex moutan in stopping bleeding by determining the absorption force. Methods : Spectrophotometry was applied to determine the absorption forces of crude cortex moutan and charred cortex moutan by using prepared slices of cortex moutan to absorb methylene blue. Results: The linear range was 0. 020 97 -0. 104 85 mg (r = 0. 999 2) ; recovery rate was 100.24% ; RSD was 2.85% ( n = 6). The absorption force of charred cortex moutan was stronger than that of crude cortex moutan. Conclusion: The increased carbon content after charring might be one of the reasons for the hemostasis function of charred cortex moutan.
