生脉注射液治疗血管迷走性晕厥的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Shengmai Injection in Treating Vasovagal Syncope

目的:探讨生脉注射液治疗血管迷走性晕厥临床疗效。方法:选取血管迷走性晕厥的患者60例,随机分为治疗组织及对照组,对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加生脉注射液。结果:治疗组有效率90%,无不良反应。结论:生脉注射液治疗血管迷走性晕厥使用安全,疗效可靠,具有一定的临床应用前景。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Shengmai Injection in treating Vasovagal Syncope （VVS）. Methods： 60 VVS cases were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the treatment group was given additional Shengmai Injection based on the conventional treatment. Results： The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 90% with no adverse reactions. Conclusion： Shengmai Injection is safe in treating VVS and the effect is reliable, which has certain prospect in the clinical application.
