强心合剂联合西药治疗冠心病心功能不全临床研究

Cardiac Inadequacy of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Qiangxin Heji Combined with Western Medicine

目的:探讨强心合剂联合西药治疗冠心病心功能不全的临床疗效。方法:120例患者按数字表法随机分为两组。对照组采用扩血管、利尿、强心等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用强心合剂。结果:两组疗效比较:对照组平均秩次为50.00,治疗组平均秩次为73.38,治疗组显著优于对照组;治疗组有效率88.33%,对照组有效率70.00%,治疗组显著优于对照组。结论:强心合剂联合西药治疗冠心病心功能不全有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应小,值得进一步研究。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiangxin Heji combined with western medicine for treating cardiac inadequacy of coronary heart disease. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to number table method. The control group adopted vasodilators, diuretics, cardiotonics and other conventional treatments, while the treatment group was treated with Qiangxin Heji based on the medication given to the control group. Results： Comparison of two groups showed that the average rank of the control group was 50.00 times, while the average rank of the treatment group was 73.38 times. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.33%, while the rate of the control group was 70.00%. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： Qiangxin Heji combined with western medicine have better clinical efficacy in the treatment of cardiac inadequacy of coronary heart disease with fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of further research and promotion.
