Clinical Research on Triple Therapy for Infantile Visual Impairment

目的:探讨三联疗法治疗婴幼儿视力障碍。方法:将视力障碍160例患儿,随机分为2组:治疗组80例,采用针灸,推拿及穴位注射治疗;对照组80例,采用视力训练康复治疗,配合肌肉注射药物治疗。结果:治疗组80例患儿,160只眼,其中142例患眼,显效45例、有效82例、无效15例,有效率89.44%;对照组80例患儿,160只眼,其中138例患眼,显效30例、有效76例、无效32例,有效率76.81%。结论:三联疗法是促进婴幼儿视力障碍康复的有效治疗方法。

To investigate the triple therapy in the treatment of infantile visual impairment. Methods： 160 cases of children with visual impairment were randomly divided into 2 groups. 80 cases in the treatment group received acupuncture, massage and acupuncture point injection therapy, while 80 cases in the control group received vision rehabilitation and training therapy combined with the intramuscular injection of drugs. Results： Among 142 cases of diseased eyes in the treatment group, there were 45 markedly effective cases, 82 effective cases and 15 ineffective cases and the efficiency rate was 89.44%. Among 138 cases of diseased eyes in the control group, there were 30 markedly effective eases, 76 effective cases and 32 ineffective cases and the total effective rate was 76. 81%. Conclusion： Triple therapy is an effective treatment in promoting the rehabilitation of infantile visual impairment.
