健脾化瘀清幽汤治疗HP感染性慢性胃炎疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Jianpi Huayu Qingyou Decoction in Treating HP Infectious Chronic Gastritis

目的:观察健脾化瘀清幽汤治疗HP感染性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择90例HP感染性慢性胃炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例用健脾化瘀清幽汤治疗,对照组30例给予口服丽珠得乐胶囊和阿莫西林胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为80.0%,两组临床疗效比较(P<0.05)。两组HP转阴情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:健脾化瘀清幽汤治疗HP感染性慢性胃炎有较为理想的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Huayu Qingyou Decoction in treating HP infectious chronic gastritis. Methods ： 90 cases of HP infectious chronic gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. 60 cases in the treatment group were treated with Jianpi Huayu Qingyou Decoction. 30 patients in the control group were treated with oral administra- tion of Colloidal Bismuth Subcitrate Capsules and amoxicillin capsules. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% and the rate of the control group was 80.0%. Comparison of the clinical efficacy was conducted （P 〈 0.05）. The difference was significant in the negative conversion of HP in two groups （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Jianpi Huayu Qingyou Decoction could achieve a more satisfactory clinical efficacy in treating HP infectious chronic gastritis.
