摘要
《中华人民共和国循环经济促进法》的颁布实施为我国发展循环经济提供了法律保障,但实践中仍然存在立法不够完善、执法面临障碍、司法不到位等许多缺陷。因此,需要我们进一步加强循环经济立法,明确监管部门责任,健全经济诉讼制度,不断完善我国循环经济的法律保障。
The ＂Circular Economy Promotion Law of the PRC＂ provides legal guarantee for the circular economy in China. But in practice, there are a lot of defects such as legislation for it law-enforcement facing obstacles, and judicature being out of place.
