摘要
进入新世纪以来我国的大学生就业长期处于供大于求的状态,大学生就业难问题的出现背景及问题本身是十分复杂的,其中既有高校扩招、就业政策调整等宏观因素的影响;也是高校教育体制改革滞后于经济社会发展的必然后果;同时,大学生自身就业能力低下也是毋庸置疑的。通过分析大学新生就业能力概念的内涵,明确了提高大学生就业能力对就业的重要意义;在此基础上提出动员全社会力量提高大学生就业能力的观点,并根据各个主体的特点,给出了大学生个人、高校、企业和社会组织各自在提高大学生就业能力方面的发展方向和工作重点。
Since the 21st century,there is a bigger supply of college graduates every year than the demand of the market.The reasons of it are very complex,not only due to the enrolment expansion in colleges and the adjustment on employment policies,but also because of the backward reform on the college education system.At the same time,the low abilities of college students for employment should be to blame for this situation.This thesis puts forward such an idea that the employment abilities play an important role in finding jobs.Based on the above analysis,this thesis puts forward some viewpoints on how to mobilize the social strength of the college students' employment abilities and gives some suggestions to college students,schools,enterprises and so on.
