视觉意象训练在篮球教学中的应用

The Application of Vision Image Exercises in Basketball Teaching

视觉意象是在视感知觉的基础上形成的,表现于记忆的想象活动之中的感性形象。视觉意象决定着模仿能力,对人类学习活动有着帮助和促进作用,尤其是对操作类技能的学习。篮球运动深受广大学生的喜爱,在高校体育课中占居比重大,各高校普遍开设篮球为体育教学的选修课。篮球运动的技术包含很多,绝大多数技术都要求运动员根据对手的动作变化而变化,只有罚篮技术是整个技术中唯一不受对手干扰的。因此以罚篮练习为例,采用"示范——无球练习——有球练习"的方法,即在常规篮球技能教学前适当增加视觉意象训练,能有效提高学生重复性动作的模仿水平,加快学生掌握其动作技能的速度,从而更有效的提高学生罚篮命中率。

Vision image is perceptual image in the imaginary activity of memory.Vision image means the monopoly ability,which has good effect on the human study,especially on the applicable technique learning.Students are all fond of basketball sports which take an important part in the sports education;so many colleges open Basketball as a selective course.There are so many techniques in basketball sports,some of which need to change according to students＇ hands movements.Only the free throw isn＇t affected by the rivals.So we use the ＂demonstration——exercise without the ball——exercise with the ball＂ method to improve students＇ monopoly abilities of repeated actions effectively,fasten the speed of grasping the techniques and improve the shoot straight rate of free throw.
