摘要
举报是公民行使宪法赋予的检查监督权的一种重要方式,为公民开辟了"进言"的窗口,但是近年来社会上屡屡发生的打击报复举报人的恶性事件,极大地伤害了公众举报的积极性。一个举报人遭到迫害,就等于向无数人表明"举报没有好下场",其负面影响是不言而喻的,因此,建立健全举报人保护制度对于完善我国社会主义法治,发扬社会主义民主,推进反腐败斗争,都具有重要意义。
Informing is an important form of conducting the inspection right endowed by the constitution.It opens the window for citizens to ＂advise＂,but the activeness is greatly hurt by the repeatedly occurred retaliate events.The hurt to the informer is equal to the meaning： ＂informing has no good results＂,which has great bad effect.So it＇s of significance to perfect the legal system,develop social democracy and take anti-corruption actions to build an informing protection system.
