试论高校图书馆读者意见管理工作

On the Management of Feedback Information of University Library Readers

读者意见能够促进高校图书馆完善各项工作,有利于和谐图书馆的构建。针对当前高校图书馆读者意见管理工作中存在的诸如思想上不够重视、管理上有欠规范等问题,提出改进读者管理工作的几点措施。

Readers＇ feedback information can promote the perfection of University library, and in turn promote the successful construction of a harmonious library. Considering the facts that the management of feedback information of university students is not emphasized enough, nor standard enough, some measures to improve it is put forward.
