摘要
针对现有气象火箭发动机及壳体材料使用钢铁材质存在重量大,发射药用量大,发射高度有限和成本高等不足,选取使用特殊加工工艺的玻璃钢材料作为替代进行结构设计,利用特殊缠绕工艺制造的双铅-2双基发射药来替代现有的车削浇注药.在结构设计中,对气象火箭总体进行了飞行动力特性合理的假设,简化了设计;对主要零部件进行了优化设计,完成了全弹的结构设计.通过气动力学计算和全弹飞行等相关试验,验证了其可靠性.
As the drawback of high weight,large quantity requirement of propellant,limited launching height and high cost in engine and shell material of existing meteorological rocket,the structure of rocket was designed with fiberglass produced by a specific processing technology as the substitute of steel.SQ-2 double based propellant produced with special wrapping process was utilized to replace the former turning casting propellant.During the process of structure design,the flight dynamic property of overall meteorological rocket was assumed reasonably to simplifying the design and optimum designs of main components were done,then the whole rocket design was fully completed.Pneumatics calculation and full rocket flight experiment were carried out,and the reliability were verified.
