脂连素球状域与糖尿病及其心血管并发症关系

摘要 作为脂连素的活性部位,脂连素球状域能够调节糖脂代谢、改善胰岛素抵抗和保护胰岛β细胞;另外脂连素球状域还具有保护心血管系统和抗炎症的作用。但近年来又有研究认为脂连素球状域具有促炎症的作用,这可能会限制其临床的应用。 As an active fragment of adiponectin,globular adiponectin could regulate the glucose and lipids metabolism,ameliorate insulin resistance and protect pancreatic β-cells.Besides,globular adiponectin exerts cardiovascular protection and anti-inflammatory effects.But in recent years,the pro-inflammatory effects of globular adiponectin were observed,which might limit its application in clinic.
