中药抗糖尿病研究进展

Research Progress on Treating Diabetes with Traditional Chinese Medicine

糖尿病是一类因胰岛素分泌不足、胰岛素作用低下或胰岛素抵抗引起的糖代谢紊乱,继发脂肪和蛋白质代谢障碍的疾病。其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,近年来中药治疗糖尿病取得较大进展,本文对抗糖尿病的中药单体、单味中药、中药有效部位和中药复方制剂做了综述。

Diabetes is a disease caused by the disorder of glycometabolism,fat metabolism and protein metabolism-usually due to the inadequacy of insulin,the ineffective of insulin or the counteraction to insulin.The incidence of diabetes is ascending year by year.Nowaday using traditional Chinese medicine to cure diabetes gained great advancement.In the paper,we review on the Chinese herbal ingredients,the single traditional Chinese medicine,the effective fraction of traditional Chinese medicine and the compound traditional Chinese medicine that have anti-diabetic activity.
