甲钴铵片联合两药治疗神经根型颈椎病49例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Methycobal Tablets on the Treatment of Nerve-root-type Cervical Spondylopathy

目的:观察甲钴铵片在治疗神经根型颈椎退变的临床疗效。方法:将49例神经根型颈椎病患者分成两组:治疗组22例服用尼美舒利、甲钴铵、维生素B1;对照组27例服用尼美舒利、维生素B1。30天后对两组患者自述症状的改变及体征观察评分。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为81.82%和51.85%。结论:甲钴铵片治疗神经根型颈椎病,具有明显的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of methycobal tablest on the treatment of nerve-root-cervical spondylosis in 49 cases.Methods： Forty-nine patients with nervr-root-type cervical spondylopathy were treated,in which 22 patients used nimesulide,methycobal and Vb1（as therapeutic group） and the others used nimesulide and Vb1（as control group）,for thirthy days.After thirty days we observed the differences of self-disclosure symptom and X-ray photography between these two groups.Results： The overall response rates of these two groups was 81.82% and 51.85%,respectively.Conclusion： Methycobal tablets were evidently effective for patients with nerve-root-type cervical spondylosis and neck type of cervical spondylosis.
