摘要
生产件批准程序(PPAP)是美国三大汽车公司推行的供应商质量开发工具之一。PPAP运行的有效性对新项目投产后的质量状态影响重大,文章基于笔者多年工作实践,针对如何提高PPAP运行有效性提出了具体的、全面的、切实可行的方法和步骤。
The Production Part Approval Process（PPAP） is one of the tools for supplier quality development by three US auto giants,Chrysler,Ford and GM.The validity of PPAP operation has a great effect on the quality of the new project production. Based on the author＇s years of work practice,this paper sets forth practical methods and procedures in specific and comprehensive details for how to improve the validity of PPAP operation.
