摘要
教育培训作为企业开发人力资本的基本手段,已日益成为现代企业管理的重要方式和手段,成为培育企业文化、构筑企业核心竞争能力的基本途径,受到越来越广泛的重视。文章分析了公路职工教育培训工作存在的问题,提出改善公路职工教育培训现状的对策。
As a basic means to develop human resources in enterprises,educational training has increasingly become an important means and ways of the management of modern enterprises and the basic way to cultivate corporate culture and build corporate core competiveness,which attracts wider and much more attention.The paper analyzes the problems in the educational training work for highway employees and puts forward the countermeasures to improve its status quo.
